Police Memorial Service
On Police Remembrance Day in 2008, Davis Funerals sponsored the Police Memorial service in conjunction with the Auckland Police Department. This service honoured all those who had died in Police Service. Police Remembrance Day is celebrated on 29 September which is the feast day of the Archangel Michael – patron saint of the Police. In 2009 we held this service on 29 September at our Henderson funeral home to pay tribute to Police Officers who have died in the line of duty.
