The installation of our new state of the art crematorium facility at our Henderson branch has further enhanced this capability.

Crematorium equipment has been sourced from Matthews Cremation, Florida, USA. Mathews Cremation is a company with a passion for the environment and a global leader in emission filtration. This was important to us at Davis Funerals and combined with this latest technology, we have incorporated an eco friendly urn in which to return ashes to families.

Designed by Greg Holdsworth creator of the Return to Sender eco friendly range of coffins and caskets this unique urn is a first for Auckland Crematoriums. This does not prevent families from choosing an alternative urn but is a welcome shift away from the plastic commonly used at other crematoriums.

Inspection of the crematorium facility is welcome by appointment.
